Anyone who's tried to properly block or reshape a baseball cap knows the problem: the right tools are hard to find, and when you do find them, they're either overpriced or the wrong size. That's exactly why I designed this hat block. The set includes a two-piece crown block with alignment pegs that lock together for a precise, secure fit, plus a separate brim form that gives the cap its characteristic gentle curve. After steaming, the two crown halves pull apart cleanly without distorting the shape. Please note: This is a digital print file (STL), not a physical product. You'll need your own 3D printer to produce the block.
